Hello friends. Today I will share with you a 3-day shock diet list. The goal of the 3-day shock diet is to lose weight fast. 3-4 Kgs in 3 days ! (8 pounds in 3 days) Approximately 700 calories per day are predicted. So its a low-carb diet plan.

You can repeat it after 60 days after applying the shock diet. Low-carb diets for those with serious health problems are not recommended. Also, frequent shock dieting is not recommended because it slows metabolism.

  • Diet crackers (be sure to be fat-free)

– Dinner

  • 1 bowl of vegetable soup
  • Salad (Use plenty of greens, no fat, grapes or apple circles)
  • 5 sugar less fruit

– Night

  • 200 grams of fat-free yogurt or sugar-free milk
  • Half grapefruit or green apple

The shock diet allows you to lose weight quickly. (Varies according to the metabolism, although the average 3-4 kgs (7-8 pounds) per week) But those who have the disease should not apply low-carb diet.
