Mantı – Turkish Ravioli
It is Turkish ravioli, dumplings boiled and covered with yoghurt and garlic sauce.. Located in the middle of Turkey “Kayseri” the city is famous for this dish.
Börek – Patty
Different pies are made in each region of Turkey. There are many types with cheese, spinach, potatoes and meat.
Dolma & Sarma
Especially dolmas with olive oil are famous in the Aegean region. Rice is put into the grape leaf and wrapped. Eaten with lemon squeezed on your appetite. It is one of the most famous Turkish foods.
