4.Day 

Breakfast: 1 slice of wholewheat bread, omelette prepared with 1 egg.

Refreshment: A fruit you want

Lunch: 1 small plate pasta with tuna fish

Dinner: 1 serving grilled fish, salad with lemon with plenty of greens. (no fat)

Refreshment: 2 pieces of dried apricots

5.Day 

Breakfast: Mix 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of raisins.

Refreshment: A fruit you want

Lunch: 4 grilled meatballs, salad with lemon with plenty of greens. (no fat)

Refreshment: 10 almonds

Dinner: 1 plate of noodles with tomatoes, salad with lemon with plenty of greens. (no fat)

6.Day 

Breakfast: 1 slice of wholewheat bread, 3 spoons curd cheese, 2 pieces of dried apricots, sugarless tea

Lunch: 3 meatballs, salad with lemon with plenty of greens. (no fat)

Refreshment: 2 pieces of dried apricots

Dinner: 1 plate of pasta with cheese and mushroom, salad with lemon with plenty of greens. (no fat)

Refreshment: 1 glass of milk

7.Day 

Breakfast: 1 glass of light milk prepared with mussel, you can add 2 walnuts.

Refreshment: A fruit you want

Lunch: 3 pieces of grilled meat (100-120 grams), 1 slice of bran bread

Dinner: 1 plate of pasta with tomato, as much fat-free salad with plenty of greens
