1 Week Carrot Diet Plan

1. Day

Breakfast: 

  • 1 slice of toast bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of carrot juice

Lunch:

  • 150 grams of boiled broccoli
  • 1 plate of carrot pasta
  • 1 slice of white cheese

Dinner:

  • 1 plate of grilled chicken
  • 1 bowl of vegetable soup
  • 1 bowl of carrot salad

2. Day

Breakfast: 

  • 1 slice of toast bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of carrot juice

Lunch:

  • 4 slices of turkey salami
  • 1 plate of tomato pasta
  • 1 bowl of green salad with lemon sauce

Dinner:

  • 150 grams of eggplant on the grill
  • 1 piece of sandwich bread
  • 1 bowl of carrot salad with olive oil

3. Day

Breakfast: 

  • 1 slice of toast bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of carrot juice

Lunch:

  • 70 grams of carrot-added spinach
  • 1 bowl of mixed salad
  • 1 apple

Dinner:

  • 150 grams grilled fish
  • 2 slices of wholemeal toast bread
  • 1 bowl of carrot puree

4. Day

Breakfast: 

  • 1 slice of toast bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of carrot juice

Lunch:

  • 1 plate of carrot vegetable dish
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 bowl of fruit salad

Dinner:

  • 120 grams of carrot turkey
  • 1 bowl of mixed salad
  • 1 piece of sandwich bread

5. Day

Breakfast: 

  • 1 slice of toast bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of carrot juice

Lunch:

  • 1 plate of tomato pasta
  • 150 grams of mixed salad (with lemon sauce)
  • 1 slice of pineapple

Dinner:

  • 150 grams of boiled or grilled chicken
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1 bowl of carrot salad

6. Day

Breakfast: 

  • 1 slice of toast bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of carrot juice

Lunch:

  • 1 bowl of carrot soup
  • 1 slice of fat-free cheese
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread

Dinner:

  • 1 plate of tomato and purslane pasta
  • 1 bowl of chicken salad
  • 1 bowl of fruit salad

7. Day

Breakfast: 

  • 1 slice of toast bread
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of carrot juice

Lunch:

  • 150 grams grilled eggplant
  • 1 plate of baked vegetable pasta
  • 1 bowl of fruit salad

Dinner:

  • 1 bowl carrot salad with boiled chicken and olive oil
  • A half slice wholemeal bread
  • 1 cup mixed salad

Carrot Diet Soup Recipe

Carrot Soup Ingredients;

  • 4 large carrots,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 piece of celery,
  • 1 tablespoon of butter,
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger,
  • Salt and black pepper,
  • 5 cups of water,
  • 1 glass of orange juice,
  • Half cup of whipped cream.

Preparation of Carrot Diet Soup

Chop the carrots small. Add the butter and olive oil to the stove and melt.

Chop the onion and put in the saucepan and roast until it is slightly tender. Then put the carrots in the pan and continue to roast.

Peel the celery and cut into small cubes and put in the pot, continue to roast for 3 to 4 minutes.

Peel the ginger’s crust, grate and add to the vegetable mix and stir. Then add salt and pepper. Add 5 cups of water. Boil the soup until the vegetables are soft. After about 30 minutes, pour the soup from the fire and pass it through the hand blender until it has a smooth consistency.

Add a glass of orange juice to the soup together with the cream and serve. Your carrot soup is ready ! Enjoy your meal…
