Friday to Monday

Morning

  • 1 slice whole grain, bran, oat or rye bread
  • 2 slices of feta cheese or 60-80 grams of kashar (kasseri) or cheddar cheese
  • 3 teaspoons of light jam (optional)
  • 1 piece of cucumber or tomato
  • 3-4 pieces of olives

Noon

  • Salad prepared with tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, parsley, arugula, carrots, purslane. Or you can eat raw spinach and cauliflower salad
  • Olive and corn oils should not be added to the salad. But you can add vinegar, pomegranate, lemon
  • You can eat a kind of yogurt. It doesn’t have to be Light

Evening

  • Eat 100 – 150 grams of chicken, red meat, or fish. But it should not be fried in oil. Boiled, steamed, roasted, baked or grilled.

Or you can consume;

  • Prepared omelette with 2 eggs (non-fat pan)
  • 1 bowl of yoghurt
  • 1 bowl of salad
Cucumbers and tomatoes are both healthy and non-calorie vegetables !

Tuesday to Thursday

Morning

  • 1 slice whole grain, bran, oat or rye bread
  • 2 slices lean white cheese or 60-80 grams of kashar (kasseri) or cheddar cheese
  • 3 teaspoons of light jam (optional)
  • 1 piece of cucumber and 1 piece of tomato
  • 3-4 pieces of olives
  • 1 cup of green tea

Noon

Evening

  • Chicken salad (with boiled chicken, lettuce, cucumber, parsley, arugula, carrot, purslane…) You can add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and savory.
  • 1 cup of skim milk or green tea
