Today I will share with you a diet that gives you 10 pounds a month. If you stick to the diet list that gives you 30 pounds in a month, you can easily lose weight ! Remember, it’s all in your head ! And thanks to this diet you will be able to get rid of one type of food. Lets look the 10 pounds in 1 month diet plan…

Diet Plan: Loss 10 Kgs in 1 Month

Breakfast Options:

  • Option 1: Boiled egg, 1 slice of toasted toast bread, 1 bowl of fruity yoghurt, sugar-free tea or coffee
  • Option 2: Half fresh grapefruit, 1 slice of toasted bread, 1 matchbox of feta cheese, 1 tea spoon of honey, unsweetened tea or coffee
  • Option 3: 1 slice of bran bread, 1 marmelade of tea spoon, 1 teaspoon of butter, 1 glass of orange or apple juice

Lunch Options:

  • Option 1: 1 bowl of mixed vegetables or tomato soup, 1 slice of cream cheese (light) spread toast bread, 1 slice of watermelon
  • Option 2: 1 boiled egg, 1 bowl lean green salad, 50 grams boiled chicken meat, 1 orange
  • Option 3: 1 bowl of yogurt soup (preparation : 3 spoon boiled porridge rice 3 spoon of yogurt and add some hot water to stir and sprinkle Mint) 2 pieces of grilled meatballs, 1 plate of sliced tomatoes and cucumbers

Dinner Options:

  • Option 1: 2 boiled eggs, 100 grams of boiled mushrooms, 2 matchboxes of feta cheese, parsley and mushroom omelet prepared with olive oil, 1 glass of ayran (it’s a fresh and healthy Turkish drink. You mix yogurt with water and add some salt and mint if you want.) and 1 apple
  • Option 2: 1 bowl of tomato soup, 3 pieces of stuffed zucchini, 1 bowl of fruit salad
  • Option 3: 1 plate of lean pasta, 2 pieces of grilled fish and half cup of fruit ice cream

I hope you get rid of your unwanted weight through the 10 kgs in 1 month program that gives you 10 kilos. It is recommended that you walk for at least 30 minutes a day along with a 10-kilogram diet.
