Hello guys ! Today, I will share with you a salad diet that will lose 3 kilos (7 pounds) in 7 days. I would like to say that it is a very effective diet program. Through this diet, your body will meet all your needs and you will lose weight without difficulty. With this diet you can give 3 kilograms a week. Let’s take a look at a carefully prepared diet program for those who want to lose weight fast in a week.

Effective Salad Diet

1. Day

  • Breakfast: 1 thin slice of wholewheat bread, 1 thin slice fat-free cheese
  • Refreshment: Half bowl of yogurt
  • Lunch: A salad of vegetables with plenty of greens. Sprinkle 50 grams of unsalted cheese over the salad
  • Refreshment: 10 strawberries
  • Dinner: Mushroom omelette with 2 eggs, 1 thin slice of brown bread

2. Day

  • Breakfast: 7-8 strawberries, half bowl of yogurt
  • Refreshment: 1 slice mild cream cheese of brown bread(spread on bread)
  • Lunch: Plenty of green salad with 100 grams of boiled lentils

  • Dinner: Cheese sandwich with 2 slices of bread, salad prepared with your choice of vegetables

3. Day

  • Breakfast: 1 slice of wholewheat bread, 1 slice of cheese, tomato and cucumber
  • Refreshment: 1 kiwi
  • Lunch: Salad prepared with 1 scalded egg and 200 gram boiled potatoes
  • Refreshment: 1 fruit
  • Dinner: 1 bowl of soup, 1 bowl of yogurt, 4 tablespoons boiled vegetables

4. Day

  • Breakfast: Toast (use wholewheat bread), cucumber and tomato
  • Refreshment: 1 glass of yoghurt and a slice of pineapple
  • Lunch: Plenty of green salad with 100 grams of boiled lentils
  • Refreshment: 1 slice of meat, 1 slice of cheese, 1 tomato
  • Dinner: 4 tablespoons boiled chickpeas and 50 grams curd cheese added salat

5. Day

  • Breakfast: Add 1 cup of milk and mix with 4 tablespoons oats and 1 small banana
  • Refreshment: 200 grams fat-free yogurt, 10 strawberries
  • Lunch: 100 grams of grilled chicken prepared salad
  • Refreshment: 1 apple, 1 cup of yoghurt
  • Dinner: 1 bowl soup, plenty of green salad

6. Day

  • Breakfast: Mix 100 grams of mild cream cheese with half of finely chopped red pepper and pour 2 slices into bran bread
  • Refreshment: 1 glass of tomato juice
  • Lunch: 1 small bowl light tuna salad, 1 slice of bread, 1 glass of wam water
  • Refreshment: 1 kiwi
  • Dinner: 1 bowl of soup, olive oil beans, 1 teaspoon of yoghurt

7. Day

  • Breakfast: 1 omelette prepared with eggs, 1 slice of bran bread
  • Refreshment: 1 apple
  • Lunch: Salad with 4 spoon boiled chickpeas on top
  • Refreshment: 11 serving vegetable
  • Dinner: Grilled salmon, plenty of green salad

Weight Loss Tips
